What College Station Athletes Are Saying

Real results from athletes who refused to stay sidelined.

I have only been seeing Dan a few weeks and have already seen some great improvement. He truly evaluates everything to ensure he develops the best program to help your body recover. Highly recommend!!!
Heather
I was referred to Dan for calf strain rehab. He took the time to really understand my injury history and thoroughly evaluate my movement patterns. Not only did I have immediate relief after dry needling and other soft tissue work, I have seen great results from the physical therapy plan he developed for me. Dan is super kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgable.
Hannah Nichols
Dan was extremely knowledgeable and effective in my treatment I would recommend him to anyone who has a problem with mobility and flexibility.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about getting started with sports medicine care in College Station.

Is this physical therapy?

We're not physical therapists. We provide athletic training-led injury assessment and rehabilitation. Our approach is built around sport context, performance, and return-to-play decision-making inside a full training facility.

Do I need a referral to start?

No. You can book a first appointment directly without a doctor's referral. We're a private pay practice, so there are no insurance requirements to get started.

How long are sessions and how often will I need to come in?

Every session is 60 minutes, one-on-one. Most people start with one to two visits per week, then adjust based on progress and goals. We build your schedule around your sport and training demands.

Will I have to stop training while I work with you?

In most cases, no. We build your plan around what you can do safely while addressing the root cause. The goal is to keep you moving and training smart, not shut everything down.

What makes this different from a traditional clinic?

You get 60 minutes, one-on-one, with a former Texas A&M Head Athletic Trainer inside a sports facility built for athletes. We test and train movements like sprinting, cutting, lifting, and throwing in a real training environment.
